1. How can I cancel my trial?
Go to Account Settings > Billing > Danger Zone > Cancel Subscription.
Cancellations are not accepted via email, support tickets, or other channels. You must cancel through the platform.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Generally, no. Exceptions may be made for verified critical bugs.
Instead of canceling, you can pause your subscription and roll over your unused credits.
3. How does the pause subscription work?
You can pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months without losing your unused credits. Resume anytime when you're ready.
4. Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes. Click Add New Workspace from your account.
- Each additional workspace receives a 40% discount
- One social media profile per channel per workspace
5. Can I invite team members?
Yes. Go to Account Settings > Members > Invite and send an invitation via email.
