A clear guide to usage, rollovers, power features, agency distribution, and top-ups.
Credits represent AI work done on your behalf. They are only deducted for successful AI output. Errors, retries, and clarifications never consume credits.

Plan Credit Allocations
- Starter: 4,000 credits/month
- Pro: 18,000 credits/month
- Leader: 30,000 credits/month
- Agency plans: Large shared credit pools
Credit Rollover
Credits reset monthly but roll over for one additional month, up to 2x your plan's monthly credits. This means unused credits from this month carry forward to next month.
Top-Ups
If you need more credits mid-cycle:
- Purchase optional credit top-up packs
- Enable auto top-up with a monthly cap to prevent overuse
- Top-up credits are added immediately to your balance
