Interview links allow you to send branded interview experiences to your customers for content creation and expertise extraction.


Prerequisites


Make sure your white label domain is connected before sending interview links. This ensures customers see your branding throughout the interview process.


Creating the Interview


1. Click "Create New Article"

2. Describe the interview topic

3. Configure settings:

  • Content Type — Select the appropriate type
  • Focus Area — Define the main angle
  • Length — Maximum is recommended for customer interviews
  • Brand Voice — Select the appropriate voice
  • Narrative Style — Choose the perspective

Choosing the Interview Method


  • Quick Mode — Straightforward content production
  • Adaptive Interview Mode — Recommended for customer interviews (supports typing or audio recording)
  • Conversational Interview Mode — Not recommended for external customers

Strategy Page


Configure the topic definition, angle direction, and strategic pillars. Review and approve the strategy before proceeding.


Distributing the Interview Link


1. Click "Share Interview" for distribution options

2. Copy the interview link for manual sharing, or

3. Add customer email addresses for automated white-labeled invitations


Tracking Completion


  • Customers can complete interviews through any browser, including mobile
  • You receive notifications when interviews are completed
  • Advanced tracking features provide visibility into progress
