How to Set Up Brand Voice

This guide walks you through setting up brand voices that capture your unique communication style and ensure consistent, authentic content across all platforms.

Accessing Brand Voice Settings

Click on Settings, then Brand Guides. You will find the option to create your general brand guide first.

Creating Your General Brand Guide

The general brand guide is a quick brand interview where AI TwinBrain asks you questions about:

• Your business
• The product you are offering
• Your target audience

We recommend completing the detailed brand guide. This helps AI TwinBrain create more personalized content. You can skip questions, but providing as many insights as possible yields the best results.

Setting Up Your Brand Voices

We recommend creating two different brand voices:

• One for social media
• One for long-form articles

Once your general brand guide is complete, you will find the brand voice section.

Creating Your First Brand Voice

1. Click "Add Brand Voice"

2. Name it (for example: "Instagram")

3. Copy and paste any post into the analysis box

Training Methods

Method 1: Your Existing Content — If you have a specific formatting style, copy and paste your post into the box, then click "Start Analyzing".

Method 2: Industry Reference — If you do not have an established style yet, look up top creators in your industry and use their post as a framework. Copy and paste their post and click "Start Analyzing".

Analyzing Your Results

The analysis takes a few seconds. AI TwinBrain identifies:

• Your tone and personality
• Sentence structure patterns
• Your narrative approach
• Other communication patterns

You can always adjust the results after analysis.

Advanced Customization

You can add your own insights and guidelines on top of what AI TwinBrain suggests. For improved accuracy, scroll to the bottom of the results and add: "Always follow the following structure", then paste a complete post example.

Click "Apply Brand Voice" when you are satisfied with the customization.

Creating Your Article Brand Voice

The process is identical to social media:

1. Click "Add Brand Voice"

2. Paste an article into the analysis box

3. Click "Start Analyzing"

4. Adjust results and add a sample formatting template

5. Save your long-form content brand voice

Using Your Brand Voice

1. Click "New Post" to create content

2. Choose your topic

3. Select your brand voice from the dropdown

4. Click "Approve"

Your content will be generated using your established brand voice.
