The tracking function provides centralized visibility into all activity across your workspaces, from interview progress to content approvals.


Activity Log Overview


The activity log is the first thing you see upon login. It tracks every movement across all workspaces:


  • Interviews completed and in progress
  • Approval activities and decisions
  • Content publications and distributions

Interview Tracking


Monitor interview status at a glance:


  • Pending — Customer received the link but has not started
  • In Progress — Currently completing the interview
  • Completed — Ready for content creation

Content Feedback Tracking


Track the feedback lifecycle:


  • Pending Feedback — Content shared but no response yet
  • Feedback Received — Comments requiring your review
  • Approved Content — Ready for publication

Publication Workflow


Approved content becomes ready for publication. Once published, it automatically disappears from the tracking dashboard.
